Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from ProMizzion, including class credits, programme packages, camps, weekly classes, trial classes, workshops, events, online or offline learning access, and related services.

1. General Policy

Customers are advised to review all programme details, pricing, schedules, package terms, validity periods, requirements, and service details before making payment.

All registrations for ProMizzion programmes are confirmed upon successful payment.

As each programme involves advance planning of venues, trainers, materials, and participant arrangements, all fees paid are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where ProMizzion cancels, postpones, or reschedules a programme and the participant chooses a refund instead of a transfer.

2. Transfer Request by Customer

Customers who are unable to attend their registered programme may request to transfer their enrolment to a future programme intake by contacting ProMizzion at Prokidz2011@gmail.com or 016 626 0967.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the programme start date.

In cases of serious illness or emergencies, supporting documentation may be requested. Management reserves the right to review such cases on a discretionary basis.

Class credits and packages are subject to the validity period, eligible programme usage, and terms stated at the time of purchase.

Unused credits or expired packages are not refundable unless otherwise approved by ProMizzion in writing.

Duplicate payment or mistaken overpayment is refundable after verification by ProMizzion.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may depend on senangPay, banks, card issuers, or payment providers.

9. Programme Changes by ProMizzion

ProMizzion reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a class, camp, programme, event, or service due to operational reasons, technical issues, coach availability, insufficient registration, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control.
