ProMizzion provides education programmes, coaching services, class credits, camps, programme packages, and related learning services. No physical shipping is required unless specifically stated.
1. Service Fulfilment
After successful payment confirmation, customers will receive confirmation or access to the purchased class, camp, programme, package, class credit, or related service according to the service details provided at the time of purchase.
2. Fulfilment Method
Service access or confirmation may be provided through:
- Website account or checkout confirmation
- Email confirmation
- WhatsApp or phone confirmation
- Manual activation by the ProMizzion team
- Class, camp, programme, or booking confirmation
- Direct communication from ProMizzion administrators or coaches
3. Fulfilment Time
Service access or confirmation is normally provided within 1 to 3 working days after successful payment, unless stated otherwise.
4. No Physical Shipping
As ProMizzion mainly provides education, coaching, class, camp, credit, package, and programme-based services, physical shipping is not applicable unless a specific physical product is clearly stated.
5. Issues With Access or Confirmation
If you do not receive access, confirmation, or follow-up after payment, please contact ProMizzion with your payment receipt or transaction reference.
