Welcome to ProMizzion ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, registering for a programme, purchasing class credits or packages, or making payment through our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

ProMizzion provides education, coaching, confidence, communication, leadership, soft skills, camp, and child / teenager development programmes.

Our services may include CTLS weekly classes, TOCP camps, class credits, programme packages, trial classes, workshops, events, online or offline learning access, and related services.

All services are subject to availability, eligibility, schedule confirmation, and successful payment confirmation.

2. Registration and Customer Information

Customers may be required to provide accurate personal information when registering, booking, submitting an enquiry, purchasing a package, or making payment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless stated otherwise.

Payments may be processed through senangPay or other approved payment methods. A transaction is considered successful only after payment confirmation is received.

Where class credits, packages, camps, or programmes are purchased, the purchase will be subject to the relevant package details, validity period, schedule, and programme terms stated by ProMizzion.

4. Class Credits, Packages, and Programme Access

Class credits, packages, or programme access may be used for eligible ProMizzion services, including CTLS weekly classes and TOCP camps, according to the package or programme details provided at the time of purchase.

Customers should confirm the relevant class, camp, or programme arrangement with ProMizzion before making payment.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or terminate any registration, booking, package, account, or service access if incorrect information, misuse, misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms is detected.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Customers are advised to review the policy before making payment.

7. Changes to Programmes or Services

We may update, modify, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue any class, camp, programme, package, or service where necessary.

Any major changes affecting paid customers will be communicated through the available contact details.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect customer information, third-party payment issues, internet interruptions, system downtime, class schedule changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
